CONSIGNMENT DETAILS:
1. Consignments may be brought in anytime. We are accepting Spring merchandise effective 3/1.
2. Space is limited; therefore we are only accepting items in excellent condition: higher end designer brands of clothing, purses, belts & jewelry. Items need to be free of stains, excess wear, tears, pulls & odors (smoke, must, perfume, etc.) We do not carry bridal, maternity, men’s, baby or kids clothing or toys.
3. The consignment period is 2 months. Should you wish to retain your unsold items after that period, you must arrange for pick-up before the end of the term. If you do not want to reclaim your items, they become the property of Rich Hippie.
4. One check is issued at the end of the consignment period. Consignor will receive (50%) of the sold price for each item.
5. Merchandise selection/Pricing/Mark-down’s: We will set the prices together at the consignment meeting. A list of your items will be provided to you at that time. Consignor agrees to an automatic mark-down of 20% on each item after one month. Items we are not consigning will go home with you.
6. The consignor acknowledges that he/she owns the merchandise & no item is fake/“knock-off”or stolen.
7. Rich Hippie is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of consigned goods for any reason or cause. Insurance coverage remains the sole responsibility of the Consignor.
